The information collected in the questionnaire is recorded in a file computerized by ELECIO CONSULTING. The processing is carried out on the legal basis of consent.
Data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. Otherwise, the form cannot be sent and you will have to contact Elecio Consulting by another means (mail or telephone).
The data collected will only be communicated to ELECIO CONSULTING, in charge of processing. They are kept for 5 years from the last commercial contact with the firm’s teams.

2. Subscription to the newsletter
Purpose of processing
ELECIO CONSULTING, whose head office is located in Paris (75013), Rue Barrault, has a website where it is possible to subscribe to a newsletter. The data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a customer file.
This file allows you to:
Carry out marketing operations (loyalty, promotions) and send advertisements by email to our customers who have accepted it:
- On events organized by ELECIO CONSULTING or its partners
- On information relating to the news of the company
- On written articles published by ELECIO CONSULTING
Transmit the data of our customers who have accepted it to our partners commercial, to allow them to send advertising (see Part“data recipient”).
Legal bases of processing
The legal basis for processing (by Elecio and its partners) is consent (see Article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation), as required by Article L. 34-5 of the French Postal Code and electronic communications.
Data Categories
Identity: title, surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, internal processing code allowing the identification of the customer, data relating to registration on opposition lists.
Data recipients
- ELECIO CONSULTING customer service is the recipient of all categories of data.
- The e-mail addresses of customers who have accepted it are transmitted to our business partner Convergence International SAS
Data retention period
- Data necessary for carrying out loyalty actions and prospecting: until unsubscribing from the newsletter.
- Data concerning opposition lists to be received from prospecting: three (3) years.

3. Processing of applications
Purpose of processing
ELECIO CONSULTING, whose head office is located in Paris (75013), Rue Barrault, has a website where it is possible for visitors to submit their CV to potentially be contacted again if necessary. The data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a candidate file.
This file makes it possible to store and keep the CVs of candidates who have accepted it in order to be able to launch a hiring process if their profile meets the needs of ELECIO CONSULTING or one of its clients.
Legal basis of processing
The legal basis of the processing provided for by the GDPR is the contract (here in the context of the execution of pre-contractual measures).
Data category
The data are, in the context of sending a CV, all the information contained in the document, namely:
- Identity (surname, first name, even age and address)
- Contact information
- Personal data on training and professional experience, but also interests, languages spoken, etc.
- Any additional information that the candidate has deemed useful to place in the document, fully assuming the need for its treatment within the framework of this privacy policy.
Data recipients
The recruitment department of ELECIO CONSULTING is the recipient of all CVs sent via the file submission form.
A transmission of this information can be carried out, if necessary, to a client seeking to recruit a candidate whose CV is in line with his needs. This step, which will take place after a pre-selection by the ELECIO CONSULTING teams, will be notified to the candidate concerned.
Data retention period
The data sent via this form is kept for 1 year by the ELECIO CONSULTING recruitment department. Beyond that, and if the candidate wishes his CV to remain in the database, he will have to send it again using the same form.
